Tom Anderson | | I have several web site that receive large amount of traffic each day. What would be better hiring someone to sales ads or out sourcing? Do you know of any company that I can hire to handle my ads sales?

Well many websites receive huge amount of traffic but just traffic should not something that you should be interested in unless you are a company that sells everything like e-bay.
If your product is for certain segment of the market then you need to target sites which has more traffic from your target market.
As for which would be better hiring someone or outsourcing depends on how long you need the project needs to be and the expences. If you want to have the ads temporarily then it would make more sense to out source but if you plan to have it permanently then it would be better to hire a experienced person.
