This is very interesting. I am interested in the power of Lemmings. The concept of when pain or vitamin is acknowldeged as being needed, the range of treatment options a person or company is willing to consider. I think the range varies depending upon the cultural variable within a company or person.
e.g.- I have heard that most IT people are very conservative. If they have a choice between a Linux or Apple product that is superior and a Microsoft based product that is marginal, then the power of Lemmings prevents the patient or doctor from using the more effective medicine/vitamin. In one of the previous conversations, someone mentioned that no one would get fired for recommending Oracle or MS products. In the same breadth- no one would get fired for recommending Peoplesoft or SAP. However, if someone recommended Ephiphany, then the power of the Lemmings might be marshalled.
I think my point might be the addressing the pain or health is compromised by the culture someone is operating in.
A second item to consider in addressing the pain or health are the "rings of interaction" with other related and different activities. Somewhat along the lines of a Chaos Theory, that if you use a particular remedy, that remedy interacts with others in the same manner as a rock dropped in a pond creates rings that touch other items.

Its a huge change in the mindset - because you want a vitamin and you want to get rid of the pain for ever and not temporarily. > > >Great ideas.... it has got me thinking further... > >Thanks >Priyanka Private Reply to Jim Masen | |
