Douglas Karr 		I would add that good marketers understand their customers as well as their prospects and understand how (in words and mediums) to speak to them directly. When marketing talent fades, out comes SPAM, 'Get Rich Quick', Price Promotions, and 'Buy Now and get a free Spatula'.
