Priya,

I can agree with Tip #2, but I am not so sure about Tip #1. Perhaps I do not fully understand Tip #1. Are you saying that in order for a company to remain in business, the product and/or services provided must increase or change? Is this supposed to be applicable to EVERY business or just retailers? I am not so sure every business can afford to make such innovations.
